By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, by signing, and/or entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you agree to be provided with jewelry product/s by Platinum Platypus and you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company, subject to the following Terms of Purchase:
a.  Upon execution of this Agreement, Customer agrees to pay to the Company the purchase amount as stated on the Website.

b. ALL pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your piece to be made and 1-3 business days to be shipped,(express).

c.  Returns and exchanges are Not available for made-to-order jewelry.

d. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

e. The Company is not liable for lost or damaged jewelry. Every piece is thoroughly inspected prior to gift wrapping, (comes included).
